The Top 5 Wellness Trends from 2021 We Hope Will Stick Around

In countless ways, we’re grateful for the convenience and high-tech advantages of living in today’s modern world. (Group texts! Grocery delivery apps! Netflix!) 2. Taking our vacation days.
